California Condors

The California condor is the greatest master of the air with a wingspread of nine feet. However, it has perhaps the ugliest face of any bird . . . so I showed the vast wings and tried to give a feeling of the profound spaces of the Grand Canyon where they have been recently reintroduced into the wild.
